In this trip, we will explore this angle in Vienna; we will follow the footsteps of Maria Altmann and the Klimt golden portrait of her aunt, Adele Bloch-Bauer.

Born in Israel, Eyal Dolev is an independent provenance researcher and a Looted-Art specialist. With his great passion for art, he works together with leading German lawyers that represent claimants and handles provenance and Genealogy research for them. Together with his team (located in Berlin, Vienna, Paris, The Hague etc.), they registered around 6,000 individual works of art in lostart.de for over 20 collections. Among these are the collections of Emma Budge, Hermine Feist, and Dr. Heinrich Rieger. With formal education of a Master’s degree in Business (MBA) from the Tel-Aviv University, Eyal has studied himself provenance research by doing it for the last 15 years and he is excited to share his knowledge and experience with our travellers in Vienna.
