Portland
JEWISH HERITAGE TOUR
OREGON, USA
Portland is home to more than 40,000 Jews and goes back to 1849 much like the Vancouver Jewish community. With the recent expanding of the new Oregon Jewish Museum, this will be a great opportunity to explore the community’s history and development over the decades. We will follow in their footsteps, meet with leaders from the community and visit one of the most beautiful and old synagogues in North America. We will also enjoy Israeli and Jewish food and eat at one of the best delis in North America.
